DESCRIPTION
· Minicap FTC260 and FTC262 are capacitive point level switches designed for detecting point levels in light bulk solids with a grain size up to 30 mm (1.18 in) and a dielectric constant εr ≥1.6.
FEATURES
· No calibration necessary, ensuring simple mounting and start-up.
· Active build-up compensation for accurate switch point and high operational safety.
· Mechanically rugged with no wearing parts, offering long operating life and no maintenance.
· Relay output with AC or DC power and PNP output with three-wire DC power.
· The rope probe of the Minicap FTC262 can be shortened for optimum matching to the measuring point and less stocks required.
APPLICATIONS
· Suitable for grain products, flour, milk powder, animal feed, cement, chalk, or gypsum.
· Minicap FTC260 is used with a rod probe for bulk solids and liquids.
· Minicap FTC262 is used with a rope probe up to 6 m (20 ft) for bulk solids.
