DESCRIPTION
· The Liquiphant FTL31 is a point level switch designed for liquid applications in tanks, vessels, and pipes.
· It is ideal for overfill protection, pump protection, and use in cleaning, filter, cooling, and lubrication systems.
· Suitable for replacing float switches, conductive, capacitance, and optical sensors in challenging conditions.
· Operates effectively in environments with conductivity, buildup, turbulence, flow conditions, or air bubbles.
· Not recommended for hazardous areas; Liquiphant FTL33 is suggested for hygiene areas.
FEATURES
· Utilizes the tuning fork measuring principle for operational safety, reliability, and universal application.
· Features a robust stainless steel housing (316L) with optional M12x1 plug and IP69 protection.
· Includes an external function test with a test magnet and onsite function check via LED indication.
· Compact design for easy installation in confined or hard-to-access areas.
· Supports process temperatures up to 100°C (212°F) or 150°C (302°F).
