DESCRIPTION

· The FXLS9xxxx is a dual-channel inertial sensor compatible with DSI3, PSI5, SPI, and I2C interfaces, designed for lateral (X-axis or Y-axis) or vertical (Z-axis) sensing applications.

FEATURES

· Independent X-axis, Y-axis, or Z-axis ranges with medium g (±15.5g to ±150g) and high g (±50g to ±500g) full-scale ranges.

· Operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.

· DSI3 compatibility includes discovery mode, high side bus switch output driver, command and response mode, periodic data collection mode, and background diagnostic mode.

· PSI5 Version 2.1 compatibility with various modes, programmable time slots, selectable baud rates, data options, error detection, and two-wire programming mode.

· 32-bit SPI interface supports 3.3V or 5V operation, register commands, sensor data transmission, 12-bit data in a 16-bit field, command echo, status fields, and 8-bit CRC.
