DESCRIPTION

· The GS1528 is a second-generation high-speed bipolar IC designed to drive one or two 75Ω coaxial cables at data rates up to 1.485Gb/s.
· It features two selectable slew rates to ensure compliance with SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 344M, and SMPTE 292M standards.
· The device accepts a LVPECL level differential input, which can be AC-coupled, and does not require external biasing resistors.
· It operates with a single 3.3V power supply, consuming typically 160mW, and is RoHS compliant.
