DESCRIPTION

· The GS1528 is a second-generation high-speed bipolar IC designed to drive one or two 75Ω coaxial cables at data rates up to 1.485Gb/s.

· It features two selectable slew rates for compliance with SMPTE 259M, SMPTE 344M, and SMPTE 292M standards.

· It accepts an LVPECL level differential input, which can be AC-coupled, without requiring external biasing resistors.

· Typical power consumption is 160mW with a 3.3V power supply.

· The component and all homogeneous subcomponents are RoHS compliant.
