DESCRIPTION

· The ABLIC Inc. HDL6M05586 is an octal, 5-level RTZ, high-voltage, high-speed ultrasound pulser.

· It includes logic interfaces, level translators, MOSFET gate drive buffers with floating voltage regulators, high-voltage, high-current MOSFETs, and active T/R switches.

FEATURES

· Output voltage range: 0 to ±100V.

· Peak current: ±1.6A for source and sink in the 1st and 2nd high-voltage pulses.

· Active ground clamp: ±1.6A with 250Ω resistance for anti-leakage.

· Embedded floating voltage regulators and high-voltage clamp diodes.

· Symmetrical positive and negative pulse waveforms for low 2nd order harmonic distortion.

· Supports up to 200MHz LVDS/LVCMOS clock.

· 12Ω active T/R switch with 2-bit turn-on timing control.

· Output frequency: 20MHz at ±60V output with 220pF load.

· CMOS logic interface: 1.8V to 5V.

· Noise-cut diodes at each high-voltage output.

· 4-mode output current control for the 2nd high-voltage rail.

· Automatic thermal protection with indicator.

· Power-up/down reset function for fail-safe in abrupt power drop.
