DESCRIPTION

· The HEF4938B is a dual retriggerable-resettable monostable multivibrator with precise pulse width control.

· It features active LOW and HIGH trigger/retrigger inputs, an active LOW direct reset input, and complementary outputs.

· External timing components (C_EXT and R_EXT) determine the output pulse width, which ranges from 10 µs to infinity.

· The device operates over a V_DD range of 3 V to 15 V and is tolerant of slow trigger rise and fall times.
