DESCRIPTION

· The HMC721LC3C is a high-speed XOR/XNOR gate supporting data rates up to 14 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 14 GHz.
· It features CML inputs with on-chip 50 Ohm termination and operates from a single -3.3 V supply.
· The device includes an output level control pin for signal optimization and is available in a 3x3 mm SMT package.

FEATURES

· Internally terminated inputs in 50 Ohms for differential or single-ended operation.
· Fast rise and fall times of 19/18 ps.
· Low power consumption at 230 mW typical.
· Programmable differential output voltage swing from 600 to 1200 mVp-p.
