DESCRIPTION

· The HMC745 is a XOR/XNOR gate supporting data rates up to 13 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 13 GHz.
· Features an output level control pin (VR) for loss compensation or signal optimization.
· All inputs and outputs are 50 Ω terminated to VCC, compatible with ac or dc coupling.
· Operates from a single 3.3 V dc supply.
· Available in a RoHS compliant, 3 mm × 3 mm ceramic LCC package.
