DESCRIPTION

· The HMC844LC4B is a high-speed XOR/XNOR logic device supporting data rates up to 45 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 25 GHz.

· It features programmable output voltage control for signal optimization and loss compensation.

· All inputs are terminated with 50 Ohms-to-ground, supporting both AC and DC coupling.

· The device operates on a single -3.3V DC supply and comes in a 4x4 mm SMT package.
