DESCRIPTION

· The HMC851LC3C is a high-speed XOR/XNOR gate supporting data rates up to 28 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 28 GHz.

· It features a programmable output voltage control pin (VR) for signal optimization or loss compensation.

· Inputs are internally terminated with 50 ohms to ground and can be AC or DC coupled.

· Outputs can be AC or DC coupled and directly connected to a 50-ohm terminated system.

· Operates from a single -3.3V DC supply and comes in a RoHS-compliant 3x3 mm ceramic SMT package.
