DESCRIPTION

· The HMC852LC3C is a high-speed AND/NAND/OR/NOR gate supporting data rates up to 28 Gbps and clock frequencies up to 28 GHz.

· It features CML-terminated differential inputs and operates from a single -3.3 V supply.

· The device includes an output level control pin (VR) for signal optimization and is available in a 3x3 mm SMT package.
