Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The HV2818/HV2918 are 32-channel high-voltage analog switches designed for low harmonic distortion and low charge injection. They operate without high-voltage bias supplies, making them suitable for applications requiring high-voltage switching controlled by low-voltage signals. These devices are pin-to-pin compatible with HV2801/HV2901, excluding bias voltage pins, and are available in a 64-pin, 9 x 9 mm QFN package.

· 32-channel (16 2:1 MUX) high-voltage analog switch.
· Operates with only a +5V bias supply.
· Supports 3.3V and 5V CMOS input logic levels.
· Asymmetric switch topology for compact size.
· 66 MHz data shift clock frequency.
· Low parasitic capacitance and harmonic distortion.
· DC to 50 MHz small-signal frequency range.
· 200 kHz to 50 MHz large signal frequency range.
· -70 dB typical off isolation at 5.0 MHz.
· Excellent noise immunity.
· Cascadable serial data register with latches.
· Integrated bleed resistors on SW outputs (HV2918 only).
