DESCRIPTION

· The IQS269A ProxFusion® IC is an 8-channel capacitive touch and proximity controller with Hall-effect and inductive sensing capabilities, offering superior sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio, and power efficiency.

FEATURES

· Highly flexible 8-channel ProxFusion® controller with configurable external or internal sensor connections.
· Supports self/mutual-capacitive and inductive sensors, and includes a dedicated reference sensor mode.
· Features a Hall-sensor option and serial scanning with up to 8 time-slots.
· Built-in functions include automatic tuning, noise filtering, differential measurements, debounce & hysteresis, and dual direction trigger indication.
· User-interface options include sliders with coordinate output and gesture detection, and integrated measurement sets for capacitance calculation.
· Wide capacitance detection range (0 to 200 pF) and high capacitive resolution (down to 0.02fF).
· Automatic reference channel UIs for temperature and mechanical effects, and options for reduced RF emissions.
· I2C Interface with RDY interrupt line and event mode with reduced interrupt options.
