DESCRIPTION

· The AD9898 is a highly integrated CCD signal processor designed for digital still and video cameras.
· It features a complete analog front end with A/D conversion and a programmable timing generator.
· The Precision Timing core allows high-speed clock adjustments with 1 ns resolution at 20 MHz.
· It includes black level clamping, CDS, VGA, and a 10-bit A/D converter.
· The timing generator provides all necessary CCD clocks and is programmable via a 3-wire serial interface.
· Packaged in a 48-Lead LFCSP, it operates from –20 °C to +85 °C.
