DESCRIPTION
· The IQS7222B ProxFusion® IC is a sensor fusion device designed for multi-button applications.
· It features I2C compatibility and on-chip calculations for effective response in low power modes.
FEATURES
· Highly flexible ProxFusion® device with 9 (QFN) / 8 (WLCSP) external sensor pad connections.
· Configurable up to 20 mutual capacitive buttons, 18 with proximity wake-up, or 8 self-capacitance buttons.
· Built-in functions: automatic tuning, noise filtering, debounce & hysteresis, dual direction trigger indication.
· Design simplicity with PC software for debugging, one-time programmable settings, and auto-run from programmed settings.
· Automated system power modes for optimal response vs consumption.
· I2C communication interface with IRQ/RDY (up to fast plus -1MHz), event and streaming modes, and customizable user interface.
· Available in small packages: WLCSP18 (1.62 x 1.62 x 0.5 mm) and QFN20 (3 x 3 x 0.5 mm).
