DESCRIPTION

· The IR3863 SupIRBuckTM is a highly efficient, fully integrated DC/DC voltage regulator designed for easy use. It features a constant on-time hysteretic controller and MOSFETs, delivering up to 6A of precisely controlled output voltage. It is suitable for a variety of applications, especially battery-powered devices, with features like programmable switching frequency, soft start, and thermally compensated over-current protection.
