DESCRIPTION

· IRMCK311 is a high-performance OTP-based motion control IC designed for appliance applications.

· It integrates two computation engines: Motion Control Engine (MCETM) for sensorless control of permanent magnet motors and an 8-bit high-speed microcontroller (8051).

· The MCETM includes control elements like Proportional plus Integral, Vector rotator, Angle estimator, Multiply/Divide, Low loss SVPWM, and Single Shunt IFB.

· The 8051 microcontroller executes 2-cycle instructions (16MIPS at 33MHz) and connects with the MCE via dual port RAM.

· It supports a graphic compiler integrated into MATLAB/Simulink and third-party JTAG-based emulator tools for 8051 development.

· The IC comes in a small QFP64 pin lead-free package.
