DESCRIPTION

· The IWR1843 is a single-chip 76 to 81GHz FMCW mmWave sensor integrating PLL, transmitter, receiver, baseband, and ADC.

· It features a C674x DSP for FMCW signal processing and a Cortex-R4F microcontroller for object tracking and interface control.

· The device supports autonomous mode and includes 2MB on-chip memory with ECC.
