DESCRIPTION
· The LD6935 series comprises compact dual Low DropOut regulators (LDO), each delivering 300 mA with a typical voltage drop of 240 mV at full load.
· Features two fixed output voltages ranging from 1.2 V to 3.6 V, integrated Soft start for inrush current control, and options for high-ohmic 3-state or auto discharge when disabled.
· Available in a DFN1612-8 (SOT1225) plastic package, measuring 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.4 mm, and is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen and antimony free.

· Extremely low standby current in shutdown mode (≤0.1 µA).
· Low quiescent current and output noise.
· Fast turn-on time and high Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR).
· Auto discharge or high-ohmic mode when disabled.
· Optional delayed output circuit for the second LDO.
