DESCRIPTION
· The LF21235TMR TMR Switch is a digital omni-polar magnetic switch integrating TMR and CMOS technology.
· It offers high sensitivity, high speed, and low power consumption with a TMR magnetic sensor and CMOS signal processing circuitry.
· Includes an on-chip TMR voltage generator, amplifier, comparator, and Schmitt trigger for noise rejection.
· Features CMOS push-pull output and Z-axis sensing direction.
· Operates with a wide range of supply voltages due to an internal band gap regulator.
· Consumes only 1.5μA, ensuring low power operation.
· Available in the SOT23-3 package.
