DESCRIPTION



· The LM26LV and LM26LV-Q1 are low-voltage, precision, dual-output, low-power temperature switches and sensors.
· The temperature trip point (TTRIP) is factory preset from 0°C to 150°C in 1°C increments.
· Built-in temperature hysteresis (THYST) ensures output stability in fluctuating temperatures.
· Features active-high push-pull and active-low open-drain digital outputs for over-temperature conditions.
· Includes an analog output (VTEMP) with a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC).
· Suitable for 1.8-V system designs due to low minimum supply voltage.
