DESCRIPTION

· The LT1784 is a 2.5MHz op amp in SOT-23 package, operating on 2.5V to 18V supplies.

· It features rail-to-rail input and output, with inputs capable of handling 18V differential and common mode.

· Unique Over-The-Top operation allows inputs above the positive rail.

· Reverse battery protection and phase reversal protection are included.

· Can drive loads up to 15mA while maintaining rail-to-rail capability.

· 6-lead version offers shutdown feature, reducing quiescent current to 5μA.
