DESCRIPTION

· The LTC6993 is a monostable multivibrator (one-shot pulse generator) with a programmable pulse width ranging from 1µs to 33.6 seconds.

· It is part of the TimerBlox family of versatile silicon timing devices.

· The pulse width is set by an internal master oscillator frequency, controlled by a single resistor (RSET), and an internal clock divider (NDIV).

· The output pulse is initiated by a transition on the trigger input (TRIG).

· Available in four versions with different trigger signal polarity and retrigger capabilities.

FEATURES

· Pulse width max error: <2.3% for >512µs, <3.4% for 8µs to 512µs, <4.9% for 1µs to 8µs.
