DESCRIPTION

· The LTC6993 is a monostable multivibrator (one-shot pulse generator) with a programmable pulse width ranging from 1µs to 33.6 seconds.

· It is part of the TimerBlox family of silicon timing devices.

· The pulse width is set by a single resistor (RSET) and an internal clock divider (NDIV).

· The output pulse is initiated by a transition on the TRIG input and can be configured for positive or negative pulses.

· Four versions are available, differing in trigger signal polarity and retrigger capability.

· The output pulse width can be dynamically adjusted via a control voltage.
