· The M74HC09 is a high-speed CMOS Quad 2-input open drain AND gate, utilizing silicon gate C2MOS technology.

· It features a three-stage internal circuit with buffer output, ensuring high noise immunity and stable output.

· All inputs include protection against static discharge and transient excess voltage.



FEATURES

· High speed with typical propagation delay of 7ns at 6V.

· Low power consumption, with a maximum current of 1µA at 25°C.

· High noise immunity, with minimum levels of 28% of VCC.

· Balanced propagation delays (tPLH ≅ tPHL).

· Wide operating voltage range from 2V to 6V.
