DESCRIPTION

· The M74HC173 is a high-speed CMOS QUAD D-TYPE REGISTER (3-STATE) using silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· It includes four D-TYPE flip-flops and 3-state buffers controlled by a common clock and reset.
· Data inputs are stored on the positive clock transition when control inputs are low.
· Outputs are active when output control inputs are low; otherwise, they are in high-impedance state.
· All inputs have protection against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

· Low power dissipation: ICC = 4µA(MAX.) at TA=25°C.
