DESCRIPTION

· The M74HCT174 is a high-speed CMOS HEX D-TYPE FLIP FLOP WITH CLEAR, fabricated using silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· Data signals at D inputs are transferred to Q outputs on the positive edge of the CLOCK (CK) pulse.
· The CLEAR (CLR) input, when low, resets Q outputs regardless of other inputs.
· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

· High-speed operation with fMAX = 56MHz at VCC = 4.5V.
· Low power consumption: ICC = 4µA (MAX) at TA = 25°C.
· TTL-compatible outputs: VIH = 2V (MIN), VIL = 0.8V (MAX).
