DESCRIPTION



· The M74HCT273 is a high-speed CMOS octal D-type flip-flop with clear, utilizing silicon gate C2MOS technology.
· Data signals at D inputs are transferred to Q outputs on the positive edge of the clock pulse.
· A low signal at the CLEAR input resets Q outputs to low, regardless of other inputs.
· All inputs are protected against static discharge and transient excess voltage.

· High-speed operation: fMAX = 80 MHz at VCC = 4.5V.
· Low power consumption: ICC = 4µA max at TA = 25°C.
· TTL compatible: VIH = 2V min, VIL = 0.8V max.
· Symmetrical output impedance: |IOH| = IOL = 4mA min.
· Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≅ tPHL.
· Pin and function compatible with 74 series 273.
