· The 196 HVC ENYCAP™ is a polarized energy storage capacitor designed for high capacity and energy density applications.

FEATURES

· Offers voltage flexibility from 1.4 V (single cell) up to 8.4 V (multiple cells).
· Available in STH, SMF, and LFC configurations with wire and connectors.
· Features a useful life of up to 2000 hours at 85 °C.
· Requires no cell balancing and has a soft, low transient-voltage-controlled charging characteristic.
· Utilizes non-hazardous electrolyte and is maintenance-free.
· UL 810A recognized and comes with evaluation kits under ordering code: MAL219699001E3.

APPLICATIONS

· Ideal for power backup in memory controllers, flash backup, RAID systems, SRAM, and DRAM.
· Suitable for power failure and write cache protection in enterprise SSD and HDD.
