DESCRIPTION

· The MAX1233/MAX1234 are PDA controllers in 5mm x 5mm, 28-pin QFN and TQFN packages.

· They include a 12-bit ADC, low on-resistance switches, internal/external reference, on-chip temperature sensor, battery monitor, keypad controller, 8-bit DAC, and synchronous serial interface.

· Keypad controllers' inputs can be reconfigured as GPIO pins.

· All analog inputs are ESD protected.

· Programmable resolution and sampling rates.

· Interrupts alert the host processor for data readiness, screen touch, or key press.

· Consumes 260µA at 50ksps, below 50µA at 10ksps.

· Operates from -40°C to +85°C.
