DESCRIPTION

· The MAX14713 is a compact 6A smart power path selector with a low 11mΩ (typ) R ON internal FET.
· It provides system power from two separate sources with bidirectional current-blocking capability.
· Features two SPDT switches controlled by individual enable inputs.
· Internal comparator selects the power path when both paths are enabled.
· Operates over -40ºC to +85ºC in a 15-bump WLP.

· Robust bidirectional power path with +1.6V to +5.5V input range.
· 6A continuous current capability with integrated 11mΩ MOSFET switches.
· Simple power-switch design with individual and automatic path control.
· Ultra-low quiescent supply current of 2.5µA (typ) for long battery life.
