DESCRIPTION

· The MAX22520 is a 24V line driver designed for industrial sensors, featuring a one-time programmable (OTP) analog interface for signal conditioning of binary switching sensors.

· It includes an integrated linear regulator providing a programmable low-noise supply (3.3V or 5V) for analog signal sensing circuitry.

· The driver output (DO) is configurable using the Maxim 1-Wire protocol and OTP interface, supporting normally-open, normally-closed, high-side (PNP), low-side (NPN), or push-pull configurations.

· Configuration and OTP programming are performed using the standard three-wire interface pins (VCC, DO, GND), simplifying end-of-line programming.

· The device operates from a wide 4.75V/8V to 36V supply and is available in a 20-bump wafer-level package (WLP) (2mm x 2.5mm, 0.5mm pitch).

· It operates over the -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
