DESCRIPTION

· The MAX4223–MAX4228 are ultra-high-speed, low-distortion current-feedback amplifiers with excellent video specifications and low-power operation.

· Devices with shutdown feature reduce power-supply current to 350µA and place outputs in a high-impedance state.

· Operate with dual supplies from ±2.85V to ±5.5V, providing 80mA output drive current.

· Optimized for closed-loop gains: +1 (0dB) or more with 1GHz bandwidth (MAX4223/MAX4225/MAX4226), +2 (6dB) or more with 600MHz bandwidth (MAX4224/MAX4227/MAX4228).

· Ideal for professional video applications with 0.01% differential gain error, 0.02° phase error, 0.1dB gain flatness up to 300MHz, and 1100V/µs slew rate.

· Suitable for high-speed ADC input buffers, data communications, and portable/battery-powered applications.

· Available in 6-pin SOT23 and 10-pin µMAX packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.

· High output drive: 80mA output current, drives up to 4 back-terminated 75Ω loads to ±2.5V.

· High output impedance in shutdown mode: 100kΩ, suitable for multiplexing applications.
