DESCRIPTION

· The MAX4906/MAX4906F/MAX4907/MAX4907F are analog switches designed for high-performance USB 2.0 high-speed applications at 480Mbps, also supporting USB low- and full-speed signaling.

· These devices feature low on-capacitance (C ON) and low on-resistance (R ON), with the MAX4907/MAX4907F offering ultra-low 7pF (max) on-capacitance and 7 Ω(max) on-resistance.

· Operates from a single +3.0V to +3.6V power supply, with protection against +5.5V shorts, ensuring compliance with USB 2.0 specifications.

· Features include low threshold voltage, +1.4V V IH for low-voltage logic compatibility, and a shutdown input to reduce quiescent current to less than 2µA (max).

· Available in compact 2mm x 2mm µDFN packages, operating over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
