DESCRIPTION

· The MAX6501–MAX6504 are low-cost, fully integrated temperature switches with a logic signal output when the temperature crosses a factory-programmed threshold.

· Operating voltage range: +2.7V to +5.5V.

· Factory-trimmed temperature trip thresholds range from -45°C to +125°C in 10°C increments, with an accuracy of ±0.5°C (typ) or ±6°C (max).

· No external components required; typical supply current is 30µA.

· Hysteresis is pin-selectable at 2°C or 10°C.

· Available in a 5-pin SOT23 package.
