DESCRIPTION

· The MAX7375 is a fully integrated silicon oscillator designed to replace ceramic resonators, crystals, and crystal oscillator modules in 3V, 3.3V, and 5V applications. It offers a rail-to-rail 50% duty cycle square-wave output without requiring a PLL or external components. The device is highly resistant to vibration, EMI, and harsh environmental conditions, making it suitable for demanding applications. Available in a 3-pin SC70 package, it operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and supports frequencies from 600kHz to 9.99MHz.
