DESCRIPTION

· The MAX7382 is a silicon oscillator designed to replace ceramic resonators, crystals, and crystal-oscillator modules in 3V, 3.3V, and 5V applications.

· It includes a factory-programmed oscillator, a microprocessor power-on-reset (POR) supervisor, and a clock enable input.

· The device is resistant to vibration and EMI, with high-output-drive current and no high-impedance nodes, making it suitable for harsh environments.

· It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and is available in a 5-pin SOT23 package.
