DESCRIPTION

· The MAX8535/MAX8536/MAX8585 are integrated MOSFET controllers designed for redundant power systems.

· They provide isolation and redundancy in high-reliability systems, with the MAX8535/MAX8585 for 12V systems and the MAX8536 for 3.3V/5V systems.

· These devices monitor voltage drops across external MOSFETs during startup and protect against overvoltage, undervoltage, and reverse-current conditions.

· They feature a dual-purpose TIMER input for setting MOSFET turn-on speed or as a logic-enable pin.

· Available in an 8-pin µMAX package, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
