DESCRIPTION

· The MAX98372 is a high-efficiency, mono Class D audio amplifier with dynamic headroom tracking (DHT) and brownout protection.

· It supports a wide supply range from 5.5V to 18V, delivering up to 19W into an 8Ω load.

· The device features a flexible digital audio interface (DAI) supporting I2S, left-justified, and TDM formats, with sample rates from 32kHz to 96kHz and 16-/24-/32-bit data.

· It includes active emissions limiting, thermal foldback protection, and robust overcurrent protection.

· Available in 30-bump WLP and 32-pin TQFN packages, operating from -40°C to +85°C.
