Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The MAX9972 is a quad-channel, ultra-low-power pin-electronics IC designed for ATE applications.

· It integrates a three-level pin driver, window comparator, passive load, and force-and-sense Kelvin-switched PMU connections per channel.

· The driver operates from -2.2V to +5.2V, supports high-impedance and active-termination modes, and maintains high linearity at low voltage swings.

· The window comparator offers 500MHz input bandwidth and programmable output levels.

· The device is housed in an 80-pin TQFP package with an exposed die pad for efficient thermal management.

· It operates over a 0°C to +70°C temperature range and includes a die temperature monitor.
