DESCRIPTION
· MBR3045CT/MBRF3045CT Schottky Barrier Rectifier with 45V reverse voltage and 30A forward current.
· Designed for high efficiency with low forward voltage.
· Features dual rectifier construction with a positive center tap.
FEATURES
· Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) and working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 45V.
· Maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 30A at Tc=105°C.
· Peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 200A for 8.3ms single half sine-wave.
· Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.
· Thermal resistance, junction to case (RθJC) of 2.0°C/W for TO-220-AB and 4.0°C/W for ITO-220-AB.
· Voltage rate of change (DV/dt) rated at 10000 V/μs.
· Plastic package with UL Flammability Classification 94V-0.
