DESCRIPTION
· MBRB3060CT Schottky Barrier Rectifier with 60V reverse voltage and 30A forward current.
· Dual rectifier construction with a positive center tap.
· Epoxy molded case weighing approximately 1.4 grams, featuring corrosion-resistant external surfaces and solderable terminal leads.
FEATURES
· Low forward voltage for high efficiency.
· Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) and working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 60V.
· Maximum average forward rectified current (IF(AV)) of 30A at Tc=105°C.
· Peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 200A for 8.3ms.
· Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.
· Thermal resistance, junction to case (RθJC) of 2.0°C/W and junction to ambient (RθJA) of 62.5°C/W.
· Underwriters Laboratory Flammability Classification 94V-0 for the plastic package.
