DESCRIPTION

· The MC10ELT/100ELT24 is a TTL to differential ECL translator, requiring +5V, -5.2V (or -4.5V), and ground for ECL level operation.

· It features a small outline 8-lead package and single gate design, ideal for space-constrained, high-performance, and low-power applications.

· The 100 Series includes temperature compensation.

FEATURES

· Typical propagation delays of 0.8 ns tPHL and 0.95 ns tPLH.

· PNP TTL inputs minimize loading.

· Flow-through pinouts for efficient layout.

· Operates with VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V and VEE = -4.2V to -5.5V, with GND = 0V.

· Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
