DESCRIPTION

· The MC10/100LVEP16 is a high-performance differential receiver/driver, functionally equivalent to EL16, EP16, and LVEL16 devices.
· Optimized for high-frequency and low-voltage (2.5V) applications with faster output transition times.
· Supports single-ended CLK input operation with specific voltage requirements in PECL and NECL modes.
· Features a VBB pin for internal voltage supply, used as a switching reference for single-ended inputs or AC-coupled inputs.
· Includes temperature compensation in the 100 Series.

FEATURES

· Propagation delay of 240 ps.
· Maximum frequency typically exceeds 4 GHz.
· PECL mode operates at VCC = 2.375 V to 3.8 V with VEE = 0 V.
· NECL mode operates at VCC = 0 V with VEE = -2.375 V to -3.8 V.
