DESCRIPTION

· The MC10EL/100EL16 is a differential receiver with higher performance capabilities than the E116 device.

· It features significantly faster output transition times, making it ideal for interfacing with high-frequency sources.

· The device includes a VBB pin for internal voltage supply, which can be used as a switching reference voltage for single-ended inputs or to rebias AC coupled inputs.

· Internal input clamps ensure the Q output remains LOW under open input conditions.

FEATURES

· 190 ps propagation delay for high-speed operation.

· Operates in PECL mode with VCC = 4.2 V to 5.7 V and VEE = 0 V, and in NECL mode with VCC = 0 V and VEE = -4.2 V to -5.7 V.

· Includes internal input pulldown resistors for stability.

· The devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free, and RoHS compliant, ensuring environmental safety.
