DESCRIPTION

· The MC33941 is an electric field imaging device designed for cost-sensitive applications requiring non-contact object sensing.
· It creates an electric field using external electrodes and detects objects within this field.
· The IC generates a low-frequency sine wave, adjustable via an external resistor, optimized for 120 kHz with minimal harmonic content.
· It includes support circuits for a microcontroller unit (MCU), enabling a two-chip E-field system.
