· The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, NCV33072/74A series are monolithic operational amplifiers designed with quality bipolar fabrication and innovative design concepts.
· These operational amplifiers offer a gain bandwidth product of 4.5 MHz, a slew rate of 13 V/μs, and fast settling times without utilizing JFET technology.
· Suitable for both split and single supply operations, with the common-mode input voltage range including ground potential (VEE).
· Features a Darlington input stage for high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain.
· Equipped with an all NPN output stage that eliminates deadband crossover distortion and supports large output voltage swings.
· Available in standard or prime performance grades, specified across commercial, industrial/vehicular, or military temperature ranges.
· Offered in various packages including plastic DIP, SOIC, QFN, and TSSOP surface mount.
