DESCRIPTION

· The MC50XS4200 is a dual 24 V, 50 mOhm high-side switch designed for truck and bus applications.

· It features integrated control and a high number of protective and diagnostic functions.

· The device can control various load types such as bulbs, solenoids, or DC motors.

· Control, configuration, and diagnostics are managed through a 16-bit SPI interface.

· Powered by SMARTMOS technology, it supports both external and internal clock signals for autonomous operation.

· Programmable output voltage slew rates enhance EMC performance.

· Includes a dynamic overcurrent threshold profile to handle inrush currents effectively.

· Features a Fail-safe operation mode for continued functionality during communication loss.
