· It features a quad Arm Cortex-A53 processor up to 1.8 GHz, integrated with a 2.3 TOPS NPU for machine learning acceleration.

· The processor includes a vision engine with dual camera inputs and an HDR-capable ISP, supporting up to 375 MPixels/s.

· Advanced multimedia capabilities include 1080p60 video encode/decode for H.265 and H.264, and 3D/2D graphic acceleration up to 1 GPixel/s.

· It supports multiple audio interfaces for immersive audio and voice systems, and includes an integrated 800 MHz Arm Cortex-M7 for real-time control.

· Industrial reliability is enhanced with DRAM Inline ECC and ECC support on internal SRAMs.
